DrupalCon Vienna 2025 Extends Session Proposal Deadline to April 30

Organizers of DrupalCon Vienna 2025 have announced an extension of the Call for Papers deadline to 30 April 2025, 23:59 CEST. The decision follows widespread electricity outages affecting Spain, Portugal, and other regions, acknowledging the difficulties faced by potential contributors. Organizers confirmed this is the final extension, and no further deadline changes will be possible.

DrupalCon Vienna will take place from 14 to 17 October 2025 in Vienna, Austria. The event will bring together developers, designers, content strategists, marketers, and business leaders for Europe’s largest Drupal gathering. Attendees can expect a full program of sessions, hands-on workshops, keynotes, BOFs (Birds of a Feather discussions), an exhibition area, contribution events, mentoring opportunities, and social activities.

Interested participants are encouraged to submit their session proposals before the final deadline and secure their event registration. More information on session submissions and event registration can be found at the official DrupalCon Vienna website.
