American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC) and Nashville City used SearchStax SearchStudio Drupal to gain visibility and insight into search analytics and in turn improved the visitor or user experience. SearchStax team’s knowledge of open source search and excellence at building a scalable platform specifically for Drupal environments helped them empower digital marketing and improve search sites.

In May 2021, the Nashville CIty initiated a multi-year website update using Drupal CMS and integrated SearchStax SearchStudio as part of Drupal Implementation. Using the SearchStax Drupal module the team was able to deliver a search page leveraging the out-of-the-box features of SearchStudio and save weeks of development time.

In 3 months the production system was optimized for Nashville’s five different web properties. SearchStudio helped the city improve it’s citizens' experience by offering a more easy-to-use and intuitive search option. It also helped Nashville's digital marketing team understand what is being searched and what content is more important.

APQC previously had no insight into search analytics, but with the help of SeachStudio it gained control and visibility of site search and user experience without using or depending on excessive IT resources. SearchStudio was an addition to self-hosted managed Solr implementation with Drupal, leveraging the Drupal SearchStax Module that was designed for seamless and fast Drupal integration.

Sameer Maggon, CEO of SearchStax said that the Drupal module was developed to enable users to configure site search on Drupal within 60 minutes. This speed of integration is a result of dedication to offer the best customer experience. The integration module allows all the modern Drupal sites to use the power of SearchStudio product and can deliver immediate results with the Search UX Accelerator.
