Mark Conroy has released an experimental Drupal module exploring how browser-based AI assistants might interact directly with Drupal websites. The project adds WebMCP attributes to Drupal’s login, password reset, and account creation forms, allowing AI agents operating through Chrome’s early WebMCP preview to recognise and potentially act on those workflows. While WebMCP remains an emerging capability, the module represents an early attempt within the Drupal ecosystem to test how sites could expose structured interaction layers to AI assistants operating inside the browser.
