Palermo Drupal Meetup: Kick-off Ufficiale

We are excited to announce the launch of the Palermo Drupal Meetup!
This first meeting marks the beginning of a new community dedicated to Drupal in our city.

The event will be held at IM*MEDIA, a digital agency that designs, creates, and develops communication systems that integrate Branding, Web, E-commerce, Web Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Apps. It combines strategy and technology in a unified approach.
Founded in Palermo in 1995, it is a well-established company in Milan and Florence.
The team comprises over 60 professionals with multidisciplinary skills and has created hundreds of systems for clients nationwide.
Building long-lasting relationships with clients is part of its DNA: for 29 years, they have supported brands in choosing the best solutions to increase awareness and performance.

During the event, there will be three sessions of about 15-20 minutes each, including one with an international guest.

(Italian) Giuseppe Piazza will present "Drupal 11: What’s New", offering an overview of the latest features and improvements introduced in the new version of Drupal, helping us discover how these updates can enhance our projects.

(English) We are pleased to host via Meet Marcelo Vani, Drupal Architect at Acquia UK, who will discuss "Drupal Recipes Autocomplete: VS Code Extension". Marcelo will show us how this package offers valuable suggestions while creating recipes, simplifying and speeding up the development process.

(Italian)Vincenzo Gambino will present the Drupal AI module, allowing seamless AI integration into Drupal sites. It supports text generation, image creation, and content analysis using AI from various vendors. He’ll demonstrate connecting Drupal with models like OpenAI and Ollama for advanced AI-driven functionalities.
