About this event

This year, LocalGovCamp22 will be a 1-day event focusing on Collaboration, Successful Service Transformation and how Technologies & Different Ways of Working can support Local Government in supporting their Citizens.

The day will consist of:

• Interactive workshop sessions
• Unconference sessions
• Networking activities
• Opportunities to win some prizes and marketing gubbins

Interactive Workshop sessions

There will be a number of pre-determined sessions run by Local Authorities, possibly with the support of their partners, which will be promoted prior to the event so that registered attendees can pre-book to attend.

The focus of these sessions will fall under the broad umbrella of Service & Digital Transformation and will include:

• Automating Local Gov
• LG Service Areas that need Disruption
• Digital Inclusion

Unconference sessions

There will be a number of unconference session slots available in the afternoon and there will be opportunity for attendees to pitch ideas/topics for slots after lunch.

There will be some pre-planned sessions available for those not wishing to attend the unconference sessions.

Networking activities

We will be asking attendees a few questions about digital/service transformation projects they are working on and where there are common topics and issues, we are going to run some discussion sessions throughout the day where those working on similar projects/programmes can connect.

Opportunities to win some prizes and marketing gubbins

These activities are sponsored and supported by suppliers active in the Local Gov marketplace and there will be a a number of exhibitor areas and to make the day more fun, we will be providing some "fun" activities around visitiing these with prizes to be won.
