Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle
Leading and ensuring adherence to best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, Scrum, refactoring, and coding standards
Developing and maintaining CMS modules, plugins, and system integrations
Standardizing multisite templates and reusable UI components
Collaborating closely with front-end designers and developers to ensure visually appealing and intuitive implementations
Ensuring content is easily editable by non-technical users
Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Staying up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of CMS development experience with strong expertise in Drupal and WordPress
Proven experience in leading of development teams, including mentoring developers, planning work, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Deep understanding of Drupal, including custom modules, multisite and multilingual setups
Solid understanding of WordPress, including custom plugins, multilingual solutions, REST APIs, and GraphQL
Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks such as React and Next.js
Good knowledge of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
Experience with data migration and content transformation processes
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Willingness to commute to the office in Warsaw 2 - 3 days a week
Residing in Poland required
