Tech Lead Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead and mentor the offshore development team located in India.
• Define scalable, robust, and maintainable software architecture.
• Design technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Ensure high application performance and optimize existing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Experience & Skills

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.  
• Experience leading or coordinating offshore or nearshore development teams.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and traditional Waterfall (V-Model) methodologies.
• Experience processing large datasets; knowledge of 3D data is a plus.
