Provide technical recommendations for new projects and emerging technologies.
Define, maintain, and promote technical standards, best practices, procedures, and reference frameworks.

Requirements
Proven experience (ideally 9+ years) in technical architecture, web development, and technical leadership roles, with strong expertise in Drupal 10 or later.
Strong experience developing and integrating application and technical components in Drupal, preferably in a cloud environment.
Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), RESTful APIs, and API Management principles.
Expert-level experience with Drupal 10+ development.
Strong knowledge of web application components and architecture.
Experience with API Management platforms, preferably Apigee.
Good knowledge of SQL databases.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Proficiency with development IDEs such as Visual Studio Code.
Experience using version control and CI/CD tools, including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, XLDeploy, and XLRelease.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Knowledge of application security best practices.
Understanding of digital accessibility best practices.
Strong ability to create, document, and maintain technical and application documentation.
