JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, maintain and enhance Drupal websites and custom modules
Build and support frontend and backend web applications
Improve website performance, security and analytics
Ensure accessibility, usability and user-centred design compliance
Troubleshoot complex web issues, caching, integrations and performance incidents
Lead code reviews, source control, testing and quality assurance activities
Collaborate with infrastructure teams, technical specialists and vendors
Support website enhancements, content publishing and technical documentation

Essential Skills:

Extensive Drupal development experience (including custom module development)
Strong knowledge of website security, performance optimisation and analytics
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and user-centred design
Expertise in troubleshooting web applications and integrations
Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, testing and QA processes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
