JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as an Expert-Level Drupal Developer with specialized expertise in ADA Title II/III compliance and WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
  • Take full technical ownership of web application development, UI implementation, quality assurance, and accessibility remediation.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal websites, custom modules, and web applications.
  • Work directly with the Product Owner to understand project requirements and translate them into accessible, scalable, and performant solutions.
  • Develop and maintain back-end logic and front-end interfaces, including layout, styling, and user interactions.
  • Implement accessibility best practices to ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive accessibility testing and remediation across web applications and Drupal components.
  • Perform self-QA and functional testing to identify and resolve defects without relying on dedicated design or testing teams.
  • Optimize application performance, usability, accessibility, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
