Gengo Kikuchi (gengo_k)

Born in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture. He graduated from the Department of English and American Studies at Kansai Gaidai University. He studied abroad in the Netherlands at university, and after returning to Japan, he obtained a TOEIC score of 930. After graduating, he worked in business system sales, but decided to change his career to the web industry, which he had always been interested in. While involved in various projects at a major agency, he fell in love with Drupal and joined Studio Umi in February 2022. He is a natural task manager, and is good at organizing information so that engineers and designers can focus on their main tasks, and moving complex projects forward steadily. Currently, while leading projects as a director/project manager, he also takes on the challenge of site building and engineering on his own.

The members look at him with surprise and respect for his ability to talk and the quality of his output, but the surprising fact that he considers himself to be a ``taciturn'' person is revealed to Umi members. is still not very well known. He is always trying to do something, and the way he proactively gets involved in things around him and makes suggestions for improvements is a great inspiration to the members around him.

In my private life, my purpose in life is playing with my young daughter. She has also been an Arsenal fan for 10 years and dreams of one day living in London and eating soccer, beer and fish and chips at the weekends.
