I am motorcycle enthusiast and wish to travel across India if it be possible sometime, I have vested sometime in social well being by volunteering to provide for children who cannot afford their education. Whenever I am not working I plan small weekend escapes with whoever I can get to go with and in such places I spend time quietly. 

I started of a Corporate Client Servicing Manager with Healthcare industry from where I developed my skill sets and slowly shifted to cloud telephony and then to Digital Marketing. In this time I aced in all the assigned departments and roles, in my time with RankWatch I discovered my talents across all operations of a business and went on to start my own company. My experience has been in services as well as product across healthcare, telecommunication, digital marketing, people management, product design, hospitality and IT services. 

I have grown my skill sets from just being a process owner to become a business manager, see problems from macro and micro standpoint, devising business level strategy. Improved team management skills to business management traits and gained complete insight of how businesses works. Soon enough started my own organisation of consulting in recruitment because during my learning I realised that if we could place right people in the right job organisation's will have a committed workforce and the same feeling will be reciprocated by people working over there, after all business is all about people. Successfully translated that idea in a product. 

Post my brief entrepreneurial stint I started as Head of Product in product design studio and learned the changing landscape of user needs and product domain in digital and physical space. The meticulous nature of product design and keeping user in centre of all needs, a defined study of user experience and interface full with principles added both analytical and business acumen within me. Soon after I took my chance with skills Entrepreneurial once again but this time working under supervised mentorship of leaders as an Entrepreneur in Residence with oneculture, this also happens to be my current engagement. Translating founder's vision from idea to a functional business model from scratch is my accomplishment, taking it to new heights is current challenge.
