Nicola Nye is a seasoned technology executive and leadership coach, currently serving at Blackmill Consulting. With over 30 years of experience in startups and scale-ups, she has led and managed diverse teams across multiple time zones and functions. Before joining Blackmill, Nicola held the position of Chief of Staff at Fastmail.

Beyond her professional roles, Nicola is actively involved in advisory capacities. She serves on the board of the Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Advisory Board, chairs Kaleida, and is a member of the RMIT Industry Advisory Committee for the School of Computing Technologies.

Nicola's personal experiences with autism and ADHD inform her empathetic approach to leadership and coaching.
