JAVALI Launches CAIXA SEGURA for Secure, GDPR-Compliant Complaint Management
JAVALI has officially launched CAIXA SEGURA, a secure digital solution developed in Drupal 11 that enables organizations to manage complaints confidentially while complying with GDPR and Portuguese Law No. 93/2021.
CAIXA SEGURA is designed to foster transparency and accountability by enabling employees, partners, and citizens to report irregularities—either anonymously or with identification—through a secure interface. The system ensures confidentiality via data encryption, anonymization, and strict user-level access controls, allowing sensitive information to be managed responsibly.
The platform supports two deployment models tailored to organizational needs: a Software as a Service (SaaS) version hosted and maintained by JAVALI, and an On-Premises model installed on the client’s infrastructure. Both include role-based complaint tracking, automated notifications, action logs, centralized administration, and real-time reporting dashboards.
With an interface built to meet WCAG accessibility standards, CAIXA SEGURA enhances usability across diverse user profiles. Its launch underscores Javali’s continued commitment to delivering open-source, secure digital platforms aligned with legal compliance and user-centric design.
