JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and maintain custom CMS modules, plugins, and integrations
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Drive best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
Work closely with front-end designers and developers to ensure effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementations
Ensure content is easily editable by non-technical staff
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in CMS development with strong expertise in both Drupal and WordPress (preferred latest versions)
Good knowledge of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility issues and strategies to address them
Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting, as well as fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
Openness to working in a hybrid model – two days per week from the office
Fluency in both Polish and English
Residing in Poland required
