JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and maintain custom CMS modules, plugins, and integrations
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Drive best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
  • Work closely with front-end designers and developers to ensure effective, visually appealing, and intuitive implementations
  • Ensure content is easily editable by non-technical staff
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CMS development with strong expertise in both Drupal and WordPress (preferred latest versions)
  • Good knowledge of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
  • Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility issues and strategies to address them
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting, as well as fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
  • Openness to working in a hybrid model – two days per week from the office
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
  • Residing in Poland required
