JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable CMS-based solutions
  • Create and develop custom modules, plugins, frontend components, and integrations
  • Participate in the modernization and development of large web platforms
  • Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, Product Owners, and architects
  • Implement and promote development best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, refactoring, and coding standards
  • Ensure application quality, security, accessibility, performance, and scalability
  • Support the team in making technical and architectural decisions
  • Analyze technical risks and propose effective solutions
  • Provide mentoring and technical support to other developers in the team
  • Participate in Agile processes and Scrum/Kanban ceremonies
  • Stay updated on technology trends and modern web and eCommerce solutions 

Requirements (Must-have)

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Drupal and/or WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with React.js and Next.js
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Experience with HTML5, SCSS, and Tailwind
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps processes
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with modern architectural concepts such as Headless CMS, Decoupled Architecture, Micro Frontends, and Component-based Design
  • Experience in application testing and maintaining code quality
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence
  • Very good command of English and Polish 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multisite and multilingual CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of accessibility and web application security best practices
  • Experience working in international and distributed teams
  • Experience in mentoring or providing technical team support
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital transformation projects
  • Experience working in Agile environments
