JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure technical quality and oversee compliance with project scope, requirements, and delivery timelines.
Lead technical decision-making on projects and recommend appropriate architecture solutions for clients.
Stay actively involved in technology watch initiatives and contribute to the technical community.
Drive innovation and change initiatives with clients to ensure project success.
Coordinate and provide reliable support to the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from specification and design through to delivery.

Profile Requirements

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Drupal web development, followed by experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
Strong understanding of Drupal's evolution across versions, including its strengths and limitations.
Familiarity with web production infrastructure, including HTTP server configuration, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
Solid experience with software industrialization practices and Continuous Integration (CI).
Ability to promote best practices and mentor/coach development teams.
Strong focus on code quality, testing, security management, and software maintainability.
Comfortable working within Agile development methodologies.
