Profile Requirements
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Drupal's evolution across versions, including its strengths and limitations.
Familiarity with web production infrastructure, including HTTP server configuration, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
Solid experience with software industrialization practices and Continuous Integration (CI).
Ability to promote best practices and mentor/coach development teams.
