Scope of the Mission

  • Design and develop back-end and front-end functionalities in collaboration with the development team.
  • Complete the remaining e-commerce functionality, including:
    • Product catalog
    • Shopping cart
    • Checkout
    • Order management
  • Integrate external APIs for:
    • Products
    • Inventory
    • Customers
    • SaferPay payments
  • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions related to:
    • System integrations
    • Security
    • Performance
  • Support the Technical Lead with architectural and technical expertise.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables through:
    • Testing
    • Security
    • Performance optimization
    • Accessibility
    • GDPR compliance 

Responsibilities

  • Develop according to established best practices for:  
    • Code quality
    • Security
    • Performance
  • Provide expert recommendations on important architectural and structural decisions.
  • Identify and escalate potential technical risks.
  • Follow the established:
    • Git branching strategy
    • Coding conventions
    • Development workflow
    • Code review process
  • Participate actively in code reviews.
  • Document completed developments.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer within the team. 

Desired Profile

  • Proven experience in Drupal development, including:  
    • Back-end development
    • Custom Drupal modules
    • Services
    • API development
    • Front-end development
    • Twig theming
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
  • Experience in web platform architecture and design, particularly:
    • Application architecture
    • System integrations
    • Security architecture
  • E-commerce experience is a plus, particularly with:  
    • Product catalogs
    • Shopping carts
    • Online payments
  • Experience integrating third-party systems is an advantage:
    • ERP systems
