JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and maintain client websites on an ongoing basis, including:
    • Updates
    • Adjustments
    • Enhancements
    • Bug fixing
  • Implement template and frontend changes using:
    • Twig
    • HTML
    • SCSS
    • JavaScript
  • Further develop existing websites by adding:
    • New content types
    • New features
    • Forms
    • Integrations with third-party systems
  • Work closely with the design team to implement designs accurately and professionally.
  • Handle deployments independently.
  • Act as the point of contact when issues occur on live websites.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the operation, maintenance, stability, and reliability of websites.
  • Work primarily with Drupal 11 and Bootstrap.
  • Work on standard, well-established Drupal projects without highly complex custom requirements. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in web development with a CMS.
  • Drupal experience is preferred; experience with TYPO3, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms is also considered.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • HTML
    • CSS/SCSS
    • JavaScript
  • Basic to intermediate PHP skills sufficient for templates and smaller customizations.
  • Practical experience with:
    • Git
    • SSH
    • Deployments
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for ongoing production systems.
  • Ability to identify and proactively report issues.
  • Openness to learning new tools and working methods.  
  • No specific academic degree or minimum number of years of experience is required.
  • Career changers with strong practical experience are explicitly welcome.
