I’m a Senior Business Analyst working with US-based clients across healthcare, aviation, oil & gas and real estate domains.

Before IT, I spent 7 years working directly with US customers in a high-pressure environment, including team leadership. That experience shaped how I work today: direct communication, confidence in decisions and the ability to quickly align different stakeholders.

In IT, I take ownership of product areas end-to-end - from uncovering real requirements to delivering working functionality. I focus on what needs to work and why, protect scope, surface risks early and help teams move without chaos. I don’t micromanage implementation - I prefer strong engineers owning the solution decision

I care a lot about healthy, non-toxic team environments where people feel heard and safe to speak up. At the same time, I expect clarity and accountability and I’m comfortable pushing back or making decisions when needed.
