JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and oversee Drupal development activities for long-term client projects.
Drive the development and delivery of compliant, high-quality application packages.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and vulnerability management.
Define and enforce development best practices in collaboration with project and technical leads.
Review and validate technical implementations delivered by the development team.
Ensure the team meets project commitments, estimates, sprint objectives, and business deadlines.
Coordinate technical activities with infrastructure, integration, and production teams.
Plan and manage technical resources based on project requirements.
Mentor, support, and guide Drupal developers throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including problem resolution and proactive risk mitigation.
Support the technical growth and skills development of team members.
Develop and code specific or complex components of Drupal applications when required.
Monitor and manage technical incidents, application performance, and production issues.
Work directly with production environments and support production deployments when required.
Analyze and address performance bottlenecks, security issues, and vulnerabilities.
Prepare and maintain technical architecture and solution design documentation.
Track development progress and provide regular technical reporting.
Escalate project alerts, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
Provide visibility into the team's development status, technical challenges, and delivery progress.
Bring 7+ years of experience as a Drupal Technical Team Lead / Lead Developer.
