S.W.I.S. GROUP

S.W.I.S. GROUP has been involved in the Drupal community since 2008, focusing on creating and managing Drupal-based websites for various projects and clients. The company collaborates with other Drupal service providers to design and implement these websites. S.W.I.S. GROUP also organizes monthly Swiss Drupal User Group meetings and co-founded the non-profit association "Drupal Events," which promotes Drupal in Switzerland. The company has played significant roles in major Drupal conferences, including serving as Content Lead for Drupalcon Munich in 2012 and Drupalcon Prague in 2013.

In addition to its work in the Drupal community, S.W.I.S. GROUP acts as an investor and business advisor, assisting in the development of ideas into projects and supporting startups with services such as human resources, strategy development, recruiting, fundraising, and marketing.

Historically, S.W.I.S. GROUP represented Swiss industry interests in the creation of the Swiss Digital Signature Law and was a founding member of SwissSign AG, a company specializing in digital identity and certified to issue X.509 certificates. After SwissSign became a subsidiary of Swiss Post in 2005, S.W.I.S. GROUP founded SDMS AG in 2007, which developed a role-based register and archiving system in collaboration with notaries in the Canton of Vaud. The company successfully exited this project in 2013. In 2011, S.W.I.S. GROUP established Drupal Events to enhance the visibility and recognition of Drupal in Switzerland, organizing events such as the first "Drupal Commerce Camp."
