The College Board

The College Board is a not-for-profit organization focused on helping students achieve success in higher education. Established in 1900, it aims to increase access to college for all students. The College Board consists of over 6,000 educational institutions and works to promote quality and fairness in education. Each year, it supports more than seven million students in preparing for college through various programs, including the SAT and Advanced Placement courses. Additionally, the College Board engages in research and advocacy to support students, educators, and schools in the education community.
