Will Callaghan (willguv)

I’m a product, delivery and programme manager working in UK central and local government. 

My main interest is encouraging public sector organisations to team up and build or buy software based on common needs. I co-founded LocalGov Drupal, a web publishing system used by 60+ councils across the UK and Ireland. Users are now starting to appear in France, Germany and Austria.

I believe passionately in creative and digital skills for all. They’re vital for tackling digital poverty, and also an economic imperative for the UK. In my spare time I volunteer for TechResort, a CIC that I and others founded, that tackles digital exclusion and shares skills with young people and adults. 

My favourite things: lean, listening, doodling, delivering. I’m an RSA Fellow.
