Having started off in the advertising industry, I've come to fully appreciate good work/life balance and highly skilled yet pragmatic people. Juggling multiple facets of a campaign launch, you learn very quickly how to collaborate, synthesize and execute. Little did I know that this short lived experience would catapult me into the world of project management.

They say the devil is in the details right? Truer words couldn't be spoken as it relates to project management. By nature, I'm a seeker of details, a collaborator of details and a communicator of details. All while cultivating positive, safe spaces for the teams I work with, both internally and client-facing.

I am well versed in scrum and working within agile frameworks for continuous delivery. It's all about that iterative workflow and constant improvement. I strongly encourage this improvement not only from a production standpoint but from a personal professional development standpoint.
