Vera Herzmann

Vera Herzmann has been a systemic organization development consultant for over 8 years and supports companies in transformation and innovation processes. Human beings and their interactions belong to her core business. As a highly sensitive person she is host of the podcast “zartkraft” and researches, speaks and writes about Neurosensitivity and Neuromanagement. Vera Herzmann holds a master’s degree in Management, Organization Studies & Cultural Theory from the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland. She is a licensed Neuro-Coach according to Dr. Patrice Wyrsch and a trained Council Guide in the tradition of the Origin Teachings of the Delicate Lodge in New Mexico. She is known as a free spirit and for always hunting new stuff, whether as a moderator, sparring partner or speaker. Before working for Zühlke, she specialized in New Work and self-organization. Stations in holacratic organizations shape her career. Vera Herzmann grew up in St.Gallen and lives in Berne (Switzerland).
