Keynote Speakers Announced for Drupal Mountain Camp 2025 in Davos

Drupal Mountain Camp 2025, which will take place from March 11 to 13 in Davos, Switzerland, will feature an outstanding lineup of keynote speakers from the worlds of open source, digital innovation, and business strategy. The event, hosted at the Davos Congress Centre, promises to deliver thought-provoking sessions and valuable insights into the evolving open-source landscape.

Olga Baranova, co-founder of CH++, will share her experiences in spearheading Switzerland’s first federal-level open-source law. Her keynote, “Public Money, Public Code: The Legal Journey of Open Source in Switzerland,” explores the intersection of open-source initiatives and institutional politics, offering attendees a unique perspective on the challenges and successes in advancing citizen-focused digital policies.

Cristina Chumillas, Lead Engineer at Lullabot and Drupal CMS UX Lead, will deliver an engaging session titled “Drupal CMS now and beyond.” Her talk will cover the evolution of Drupal since its inception, highlight its current roadmap, and discuss the critical role of community collaboration in shaping its future.

Lauri Timmanee, Product Lead for the Experience Builder initiative, will provide updates on the project aimed at empowering site builders with no-code theming and website-building tools. His keynote, “Update on the Experience Builder Initiative,” will delve into the challenges, achievements, and future plans for this transformative Drupal initiative.

Vera Herzmann, a systemic organization development consultant, will present “Neurodiversity: An Underrated Superpower in Business.” Vera’s keynote will highlight the strategic advantages of fostering neurodiverse workforces, emphasizing how traits like hyper-focus, creativity, and empathy contribute to innovation and business success.
