About

I diagnose why organizational systems make work harder than it needs to be, and I lead practical fixes that people actually use.

I am a Director-level systems strategist focused on organisational effectiveness, human-centred design, accessibility, and operational improvement. My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology, especially in environments where tools are underused, workflows are brittle, and teams are carrying unnecessary friction.

I am blind, and I have navigated inaccessible systems my entire life. That experience is not separate from my leadership work. It trained me to see where systems break under pressure, especially where policies look sound on paper but fail in real-world use.

Accessibility is not a compliance checklist for me. It is a diagnostic lens. When systems fail people with disabilities, they are usually revealing deeper structural problems that affect everyone: tools that are difficult to use, workflows that do not match how work actually happens, and policies that create friction instead of clarity
