Sharayu Thakare is a resilience and emotional power coach, co-founder of Querencia Studios, and associate director of People Care at Axelerant Technologies. Her work focuses on resilience, boundaries, emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and confidence-building for professionals, founders, leaders, and emerging decision-makers.
