Webhook and Remote Event Components Merged to Symfony
Fabien Potencier, the creator of the PHP framework, Symfony, announced on Twitter that he has merged the revolutionary Webhook and RemoteEvent components into the Symfony 6.3 version. He also shared his keynote address from the SymfonyCon 2022.
These features are designed to provide developers with flexible low-level abstractions, such as the ability to easily build higher-level abstractions. Additionally, these components offer great high-level features like throttling Login Attempts and Sending Emails, as well as incremental improvements from the community.
Furthermore, the Webhook and RemoteEvent components aim to create an ecosystem with a shared experience, by building more flexible high-level abstractions on top of low-level ones.
With the development of these components now complete, users are encouraged to test the new features and provide feedback to the Symfony team before the 6.3 final version is announced.
