Full Stack Web Developer Program with React and Drupal
As the demand for web development professionals continues to soar, Business College Helsinki is thrilled to announce its upcoming Full Stack Web Developer program. Set to kick off in January 2024, this innovative program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the dynamic world of web development.
The Full Stack Web Developer program is not your typical run-of-the-mill course. It's a comprehensive 17-month journey that takes students on a deep dive into the realm of web development. From January 2024, students will embark on a transformative learning experience, culminating in an internship period of up to 5 months during the spring semester of 2025.
What sets this program apart is its strong emphasis on practicality and real-world application. Rather than just theory, students will be immersed in hands-on projects and encouraged to learn by doing. The curriculum centres around the mastery of key technologies, including JavaScript, React, PHP, Symfony, and Drupal.
The program's modules are drawn from the Vocational Qualification in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), giving students the opportunity to complete the entire qualification with additional studies, should they wish to do so.
To ensure the best fit for this program, Business College Helsinki will conduct interviews for the January 2024 intake between November 15 and 23, 2023. This selection process aims to identify students who are not only passionate about web development but also eager to learn, collaborate, and excel in this field.
As part of the program's dynamic approach to education, students will participate in a student-team-based software development project before the summer holiday. Additionally, a team-based project will be held in collaboration with the main program partner, Druid, just before the Christmas holiday.
