The client portal, serving integral parts of the Dimence Group, including Dimence, Mindfit, Transfore, JeugdGGZ, and Thubble, acts as a centralized hub. It offers clients crucial treatment information, allowing easy access to appointments, care overviews, interview reports, questionnaires, and the online treatment process.
The Dimence Group, dedicated to the well-being of over 50,000 clients across Gelderland, Flevoland, Overijssel, and Utrecht, sought a replacement application for their Drupal-based client portal. Emble's solution aimed to streamline management, enhance integration capabilities, and bolster security measures.
Emble's development resulted in a new Drupal management application providing flexibility in creating new portals, content placement, and textual customization. This customization extends to the client portal interfaces and label texts, allowing tailoring to the unique needs of each foundation within the Dimence Group. For instance, one foundation may showcase 'patient' overviews, while another may use 'clients' for the same data.
The front end of the application, built with React/Next.js, seamlessly integrates data from various backend applications, including the Dimence Group's Electronic Health Records, Minddistrict, Salesforce Livechat, Quest Manager, and the Drupal management application.
