2024 Drupal Association Board Election Now Open for Nominations

The election for the Drupal Association's at-large board seat is now open, marking the beginning of the 2024 election process. The annual election ensures the selection of a new member to the board, with a term spanning two years. The election timeline includes the nomination period, which opened on 16 July at 00:00 UTC and will close on 30 July at 23:59 UTC. Candidates will be announced on 31 August, followed by a period from 31 July to 14 August for the community to get to know the candidates. Open community forums are scheduled for 14 August at 09:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC. Voting commences on 15 August at 00:00 UTC and concludes on 5 September at 23:59 UTC. Members must ensure their Drupal Association membership is active at least 24 hours before voting opens, specifically by 00:00 UTC on 14 August, to be eligible to vote. The board ratification process will occur from 6 to 13 September, with the announcement of the new board member slated for DrupalCon Barcelona 2024.
