Dotsquares Joins Drupal CMS 1.0 Development Group, Launches First Website
Kamlesh Jha, Technical Lead and Solutions Architect at Dotsquares has announced that the company is now part of the official Drupal CMS 1.0 development and contribution group. The update was shared via LinkedIn and outlines Dotsquares’ early involvement with the recently launched platform.
Within three months of Drupal CMS 1.0’s release, Dotsquares has recommended the system to more than eight potential clients and has successfully onboarded four. The company has launched its first website using the platform, with three additional sites currently in advanced stages of development.
According to Kamlesh, the team has focused on gaining proficiency with the system, delivering live demonstrations, building proofs of concept, and supporting client transitions. He noted that the platform is helping shift long-held assumptions about Drupal, particularly the idea that it is suited only for enterprise-scale use.
As part of its current work, Dotsquares is also supporting a university client in moving from a legacy technology stack to Drupal CMS 1.0—highlighting one of several use cases where the new system is being deployed in non-enterprise contexts.
