Kushal Agrawal to Share Career Story in “Power of Participation” Session at DrupalCamp Delhi 2026
Drupal community member Kushal Agrawal will present a session at DrupalCamp Delhi 2026 examining how participation in community events can influence professional opportunities. The talk, titled “'Power of Participation': How Drupal community involvement became a catalyst to achieve a career milestone,” draws on Agrawal’s experience volunteering at a Drupal camp and applying insights gained from a session while preparing for a job interview.
The session explores how attending technical discussions and interacting with speakers can contribute to learning beyond formal documentation and tutorials. In Agrawal’s case, a session he attended during a Drupal event addressed concepts directly related to the role he was interviewing for. After the presentation, he approached the speaker to clarify specific points, which helped him better understand the topic and refine his preparation.
Through this experience, Agrawal plans to discuss how community participation—whether through volunteering, attending sessions, or engaging with other contributors—can support professional development within the Drupal ecosystem. The session highlights how such interactions often provide opportunities for knowledge exchange, mentorship, and networking that can influence career trajectories.
The presentation will also explore practical ways developers can make the most of Drupal events, including asking questions during sessions, connecting with speakers and fellow attendees, and contributing to community activities. These interactions, Agrawal argues, can help developers deepen their understanding of Drupal while building relationships within the community.
DrupalCamp Delhi 2026 will take place on 14–15 March 2026 and will bring together developers, designers, and Drupal enthusiasts from across the region. The community-driven event will feature technical sessions, workshops, and opportunities for collaboration among contributors working within the Drupal ecosystem.
More information about the camp, its sessions, and participation details is available on the official DrupalCamp Delhi website.
