The Drop Times Reviews February Performance, March Plans at March Town Hall
The Drop Times hosted its monthly external town hall on 18 March 2026, bringing together 21 participants from the Drupal community to review February performance and outline priorities for March. The session covered editorial output, social media activity, and upcoming event coverage.
The meeting included a review of audience and social media metrics for February 2026. Figures shared during the session showed a total of 8,904 followers and 103,981 impressions across social media channels. The team also presented its social media plan for March alongside a summary of recent activities.
Editorial updates formed a central part of the discussion. A total of 167 pieces of content were published in February, while March output had reached 180 pieces by the date of the town hall. Page views for February exceeded 11,581, reflecting continued engagement with Drupal news, interviews, and event reporting.
The session also reviewed recent event coverage, including Florida DrupalCamp, DrupalCamp Costa Rica 2026, and DrupalCamp England 2026. For March, editorial attention is focused on DrupalCon Chicago, alongside coverage of events such as Drupal Camp Delhi 2026 and DrupalCamp NJ 2026.
Yorgos Andreadis, an organiser of Drupal Developer Days Athens 2026, addressed attendees and shared updates on plans for the event. His contribution provided additional context to ongoing preparations for major Drupal community gatherings.
Chad Hester of the Pacific Time Virtual Drupal User Group also spoke during the session, discussing the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit scheduled for 17–18 October 2026. The event is expected to include sessions, training, and networking opportunities for members of the Drupal community.
