Emma Horrell heads up the User Experience (UX) Service at the University of Edinburgh. She is passionate about making digital products systems and services easier for people to use by applying user-centred design processes, accompanied with dogged determination and a healthy amount of innovation and creativity. She’s a fully-fledged Drupal devotee, having contributed to Drupal since 2022 and still going, working on the UX track for Drupal CMS.
