JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Creation of custom modules in Drupal and custom plugins/themes in WordPress following best practices
  • Data management, including executing migrations while ensuring data consistency
  • Implementation of backup strategies and restoration protocols for security and continuity
  • Performance optimization, vulnerability resolution, and On-Page SEO improvements (metadata, URL architecture, headings)
  • Development following WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility guidelines and a Mobile-First design approach
  • Maintenance and updating of core systems and dependencies using version control 

Technical Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience with Drupal
  • Strong backend knowledge in PHP and MySQL/MariaDB
  • Experience using Drush (Drupal)
  • Basic DevOps knowledge, including server configuration (Apache/Nginx) and local environments (Docker/Lando) 

Preferred Qualifications (Plus)

  • Degree or Master’s in Computer Engineering / Computer Science
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with Laravel and/or Java/Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices
