Drupal Developer Job at La Poste Groupe

•  Design, analyze, and develop the new version of the HR Intranet application.
• Provide expertise in Drupal CMS and Apache Solr search engine technologies.
• Implement and optimize containerization, private cloud environments, performance, and caching mechanisms.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
• Produce and maintain developer, installation, and operational documentation.
• Support operations teams during production deployments (Go-Live activities).
• Assist with monitoring and analysis using Grafana and Dynatrace.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform technical activities to ensure the smooth operation of internal HR applications (RUN activities).
• Contribute to the redesign and migration of the HR Intranet application to La Poste's private cloud platforms, targeting service launch in Q1 2027.
• Work closely with an internal developer while acting as a PHP Drupal Technical Lead.

Required Skills

•  PHP 8 and Drupal 11 expertise.
• Experience with Apache Solr.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL 8.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies.
• Understanding of TLS certificates and secure communications.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix environments.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

•  Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience as a PHP Drupal Technical Lead or Senior Drupal Developer.
