Drupal@Europa Web Platform Hackathon to Explore AI Solutions
The Drupal Community of Practice has announced the upcoming Drupal@Europa Web Platform Hackathon, scheduled for 16 October. This event will focus on exploring innovative web development solutions using Generative AI, with workshops tailored to address specific challenges in the field.
Organized by the EuropaIT team in collaboration with AWS, the hackathon will provide participants with hands-on experience in AI-driven tools aimed at enhancing Drupal’s capabilities.
Two primary workshops will guide the event: one focused on creating an AI-powered content editor assistant to streamline content creation in OpenEuropa and another on developing an AI chatbot to improve site navigation and content search through natural language interaction.
