Glenn Hilton Prepares to Join Drupal Association Board of Directors
The Drupal Association has introduced Glenn Hilton as one of its newest Board members, with his term beginning on 1 November 2025. Hilton is the Founder and CEO of ImageX, the Drupal agency he established in 2001, and has been active in the Drupal community for more than a decade.
In the profile, Hilton says he is excited to help shape a business strategy that sustains the Drupal ecosystem long term. He aims to strengthen feedback loops with agencies and enterprise users, improve how Drupal’s value is communicated, and create new paths for commercial growth. He brings a business-first perspective grounded in delivery, scalable teams, efficient operations, and long-term partnerships.
Hilton credits Drupal with reshaping his career through purpose and global collaboration, describing the project as a values-driven ecosystem. Outside of work, he is a real estate and architecture enthusiast, a husband, father of four, and grandfather. A favorite guiding quote he shares is: “Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.” — Simon Sinek.
About the Board: The Drupal Association Board of Directors comprises 13 members: nine nominated for staggered three-year terms, two elected by Association members, one seat reserved for Drupal founder Dries Buytaert, and the immediate past chair as a non-voting member. Terms start on 1 November each year. The Board meets twice in person for weekend retreats and about five times virtually to provide strategic guidance and oversight of management, policy, budget, and fundraising.
