Sanna Kramsi (calydia)

Sanna Kramsi is an accessibility specialist, developer, speaker, and Competence Manager at Exove. Her work combines accessibility, software development, competence development, and knowledge sharing, with a focus on making accessibility part of everyday development processes, responsibilities, and decisions rather than treating it as a problem to address after delivery.

Kramsi also supports people and competence development, with particular interest in clear expectations, communication, psychological safety, and reducing unnecessary cognitive load within teams.
