Stanford WebCamp 2026 Seeks Volunteers Ahead of Spring Conference

Stanford WebCamp is now accepting volunteer sign-ups for its 2026 conference, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, combining online and in-person sessions at Stanford University.

The event team is seeking support across several key areas: setting up signage, helping with attendee check-in, assisting speakers with A/V needs, managing session room logistics, posting on social media, and helping clean up at the end of the day. Whether you're local to Stanford or prefer to participate remotely, there’s a role for you.

Thursday’s programming will be entirely online, while Friday will feature in-person sessions at 459 Serra Mall, Stanford, California. Roles are available for both days, including online session moderators and onsite media coordinators.

WebCamp website is powered by Backdrop CMS and Decanter v7, Stanford’s responsive UI toolkit. The event underscores Stanford’s ongoing investment in open-source platforms and accessible, user-focused web development.

Interested in volunteering? Visit the official Stanford WebCamp 2026 sign-up page for more details and to choose your preferred role.
