Originally from software development, IT, and security, Dan developed a practical, business-oriented approach to technology, making him skilled at leading teams in delivering results-driven projects.

As Managing Director and owner, Dan focuses on building a supportive work environment where the team can thrive. His aim is for Adaptive to deliver strong, consistent results for clients while fostering a positive team culture.

Outside of Adaptive, Dan is a Partner at TDMP, where he channels his passion for SEO and digital strategy. He enjoys following Derby County, travelling, and staying current with tech trends, especially AI.
