DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 Opens Call for Speakers With Submissions Closing 13 April

Submissions opened on 16 February 2026 and will close on 13 April 2026. Accepted speakers and facilitators will be notified on 25 May 2026, with the full conference programme set to be published on 1 June 2026.

The conference programme spans multiple tracks reflecting the breadth of Drupal’s ecosystem. Organisers encourage submissions from professionals working in development, design, marketing, content strategy, executive leadership, and community engagement. Speakers may submit to any track, though alignment between topic and track is recommended to improve selection outcomes.

Session formats include 45-minute in-depth presentations, 20-minute focused talks, 45-minute or extended workshops with hands-on learning, and 45-minute panel discussions moderated to provide diverse perspectives. Submitted sessions may also be considered for inclusion in summit programming.

Selected speakers will receive one complimentary ticket to DrupalCon, granting full access to sessions, workshops, and conference activities. The complimentary registration applies per session and is not transferable. Travel and accommodation expenses remain the responsibility of speakers.

All submissions must comply with the conference Code of Conduct and Speaker Agreement. An independent working committee will review proposals to ensure alignment with event standards and community guidelines. The Drupal Association also reserves the right to add sessions or speakers aligned with strategic priorities.

Speaking at DrupalCon provides visibility within the global Drupal community, with featured promotion across the event website, social media channels, and conference materials.
