The awards span categories including open source, government, corporate digital experience platforms, design and user experience, and community impact. These projects extend Drupal’s capabilities across AI integration, developer tooling, and API ecosystems.

Government category nominations include Cancer Australia’s GovCMS consolidation by PreviousNext and PaperMoose, and Walsh Bay Arts Precinct by PreviousNext. Public sector work is further represented by the Reef Knowledge System by Morpht and the GovCMS.gov.au redesign delivered by Salsa Digital.

Additional nominations include the City of Boroondara design system and corporate platforms such as the Ausco website and the Medical Device Single Audit Program platform.

The Ironstar Community Recognition People’s Choice Award shortlist includes Adam Bramley, Alex Matthews, and Nicole Ritchie, with one nominee pending acceptance. These awards recognise individual contributions to the Drupal community across the 2024–2025 period.

The awards are judged by an independent panel and serve as a regional benchmark for Drupal project delivery and community contribution. Further details are available on the official awards page.
