Design, develop, test, deploy, and measure full-stack solutions that meet business, UI/UX, accessibility, and analytics requirements
Build and maintain automated tests to ensure ongoing website stability and seamless integration of new features
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage technical limitations, estimate timelines, and present work at release meetings
Deploy code into production and collaborate with infrastructure providers on platform and application performance
Maintain website infrastructure, including Drupal core, contributed modules, and dependencies
Provide ad-hoc support and troubleshooting to Drupal site administrators
Contribute to development strategies, guidelines, and policies, and represent the development team to internal and external stakeholders
Mentor junior developers and transfer knowledge to Drupal website administrators
Participate in out-of-hours support for weekly release activities
Required Experience
Strong full-stack website development experience, including PHP (v8) with Symfony and Drupal, MySQL/MariaDB/AWS Aurora, TypeScript, VueJS, HTML, and Sass
Demonstrated ability to design and implement website solutions that meet business, UI/UX, accessibility, and analytics requirements while balancing technical constraints, security, and scalability
Proven experience working effectively within multi-disciplinary and Agile project teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
Adherence to established project development guidelines and best practices
Experience providing technical leadership and being accountable for the quality and functionality of software produced by a team

Experience with GovCMS Drupal
Skilled in creating automated tests to ensure seamless integration of new features without regressions
Experience with regular code deployments to production and collaboration with infrastructure providers on platform and application performance
Experience maintaining website infrastructure, including Drupal core/modules, dependencies, and Google Tag Manager configuration for analytics
Experience working with vendors to enhance and maintain infrastructure, such as environment management, SSL certificates, and CDN/WAF configuration
Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS
Experience managing code with Git, including familiarity with Gitflow workflows
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab or GitHub for code management and automated testing
Familiarity with Docker containerisation
Experience adhering to accessibility, usability, and user-centred design principles in website development
