- Support and maintain GovCMS/Drupal websites and digital health portals
- Design, develop and implement secure, scalable and accessible Drupal 10+ solutions
- Develop responsive web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JSON
- Integrate Drupal websites with third-party services, APIs, backend systems and analytics platforms
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and GovCMS protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams, cyber security specialists and external stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives
- Produce technical documentation including solution designs, release plans and technical requirements
- Provide technical leadership, support and mentoring to other members of the digital team
- Investigate and implement innovative web solutions aligned with strategic and cyber security objectives
To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing and supporting GovCMS (Drupal) websites within government or regulated environments
- Strong experience with Drupal 10+, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
- Experience with Drupal administration including custom webforms, views and configuration synchronisation
- Strong understanding of accessibility compliance standards including WCAG 2.1 AA
- Experience integrating Drupal with APIs, backend systems and third-party services
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control processes
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
It Is Desirable If You Have
- Experience working within Federal Government environments
- Experience within the health or digital health sector
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of secure development lifecycle concepts and processes
- Experience working with cyber security and testing protocols across web environments
