JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules supporting multiple Drupal properties
  • Design and implement headless CMS integrations to support modern digital experiences
  • Build and maintain content APIs for structured and scalable content delivery
  • Deploy and manage reusable widgets across Drupal properties
  • Develop CMS administrative tooling to improve content authoring and publishing workflows
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable CMS solutions
  • Ensure performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability across Drupal environments
  • Support content governance, content modeling, and publishing best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues across environments
  • Participate in agile pod-based delivery teams and contribute to technical planning and architecture discussions
  • Maintain documentation for CMS configurations, integrations, and development standards 

What You Will Bring 

  • 4+ years of experience developing and supporting Drupal-based applications
  • Strong experience building custom Drupal modules and themes
  • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site Drupal implementations
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS architectures and API integrations
  • Strong understanding of content APIs, JSON, RESTful services, and modern integration patterns
  • Experience deploying widgets and reusable components across CMS properties
  • Familiarity with CMS administration tooling and workflow optimization
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in agile or pod-based delivery environments 

It Would Be Great If You Also Had 

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards including Section 508 and WCAG
  • Experience with cloud-hosted CMS environments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks used with headless CMS platforms
  • Experience with performance optimization and security best practices for Drupal
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Passion for building scalable, user-centered digital experiences
