JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Drupal & Full Stack Development
    • Design, develop, and maintain robust Drupal back-end solutions, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security, accessibility (WCAG AA), and Core Web Vitals
    • Work across the full stack as needed, ensuring smooth integration between front-end experiences and back-end systems
    • Architect integrations between Drupal and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact) to support automated lead capture and marketing workflows
    • Lead development efforts on Drupal 10–11 projects, including custom modules, integrations, and migrations
    • Troubleshoot complex issues across environments and provide production support when required, including supporting other internal teams (e.g., the support department) with issue resolution and architecture guidance
  • Cloud & Serverless Technologies
    • Contribute to serverless architectures supporting platform and product innovation
    • Develop and maintain Python-based services and AWS Lambda functions
    • Collaborate on cloud-native designs leveraging AWS services at a foundational level
    • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient
  • AI-Enabled Development
    • Support and extend AI-related features and integrations across applications
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven functionality into client and platform solutions
    • Apply experience with AI development to practical, production-ready use cases
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration
    • Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor to future junior developers, providing ad-hoc technical guidance and support across the broader engineering org and partner-agency developers
    • Establish and follow engineering best practices, documentation, and coding standards
    • Partner with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
    • Lead client-facing pitch meetings and technical demos, communicating platform value and building stakeholder confidence
    • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts

What it takes to succeed in this role

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

  • 4+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with strong back-end expertise
  • 4+ years of hands-on Drupal development, ideally at a mid-to-senior level
  • Comfort working primarily in Drupal back-end development, with full stack awareness
  • Experience with Drupal 10 or 11 strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with serverless technologies, including AWS Lambda
  • Proficiency with Python for back-end and serverless development
  • 2+ years of AI development experience, with practical application in real-world systems
  • High-level working knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures
  • Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and deliver solutions with minimal ramp-up
